These terms apply to use of this website and to receiving services from Nava Digital. Using the site means you accept them.
Prices
Prices on the site are correct at the time of publication, in shekels, and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Advertising budget on Meta and Google is paid directly to those platforms and is not part of our service price. The binding offer is the written quote sent to you.
Timelines
The timeframes on this site are estimates based on comparable projects. They start once all materials have been received from the client and assume reasonable responsiveness at approval stages.
Payments
Payment terms, deposit and instalment options are set in the specific quote. Monthly services are billed in advance for each month.
Content you provide
You are responsible for ensuring that the images, text and logo you send us are yours or that you have the right to use them.
Portfolio
We may show projects we have delivered as examples in our portfolio and on our social pages, unless agreed otherwise with you in writing.
Liability
We warrant that what we built works and we fix faults arising from our work. We are not responsible for business outcomes, for policy changes at Google, Meta or WhatsApp, or for third-party services.
Changes
We may update these terms and the prices on the site. An update does not change a quote already signed with you.
